“To me it’s plausible to consider the neuro toxic effects of these mind altering drugs. Most of us just don’t know what these can do, much less a cocktail of them. People took LSD and had hallucinations and did crazy things. I just think this case may come down to being a case of actions as a result of drug poisoning.”
