“@WellsJorda89710 Correct. Clancey’s medical team failed her miserably. Perhaps if they connected with one another and knew what the other was doing, they could have prevented this tragedy. If, this brings maternal mental health into the spotlight, what’s the problem? That is what the juror said.”
