“There’s a big difference between Not Guilty and Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity. NGRI means the commonwealth proved beyond a reasonable doubt she did it, just not in her right mind. Not Guilty means the commonwealth didn’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt she did it.”
