“It's weird that they assume one juror "refuses to listen to the instruction on reasonable doubt". Maybe they don't believe reasonable doubt was established. I don't think it was. If it's 11 saying not guilty, I'd argue that they are the one's who aren't considering evidence & are instead deciding based on feelings.”
