“@Nuttytart6620 She will not go to prison ever if found NGRI. It means she will be evaluated and if committed for 6 months, her case will be reviewed yearly by the psychiatrists to determine if she should remain committed or released. If release is recommended, the DA can challenge it.”

“@MarkOpus7 If convicted...yes. If found NGRI, the superintendent of the facility can seek to discharge her and the court makes the decision if the DA objects.”
